The UW president of search media files lawsuit

Some of the media filed a lawsuit to challenge the secret search for a new president of the University of Wyoming.

The University of Washington Board of Directors has decided not to release any candidates being considered to replace President Tom Buchanan, the names of who is to retire next year.

The lawsuit claims that the public has a right to know the finalists such high-profile work.
